Ghelamco Group has acquired a second land plot in the Zhitomir Highway area, close to Kopylov Logistics Park I. The plot’s current design consists of four warehouses offering each 5,000 m² of class A distribution space with a 12 m clear height and 500 m² of offices. Kopylov Logistics Park II will have 38 loading docks with a 6 m height and will be built to international standards.
