East Dune, Oostduinkerke

At the coastal resort of Oostduinkerke, Ghelamco Group is constructing 57 apartments spread over five buildings. East Dune is a unique project on the Belgian Coast, as the buildings will be perfectly integrated in their direct environment, an enclosed dune plot of 10,000 m² with direct access to the beach. In order to sustain the land plot’s identity and in an effort to enhance privacy and peacefulness, Ghelamco Group is providing for sufficient underground parking for East Dune’s residents and visitors.

East Dune’s five buildings will be constructed in Normandic style. They will contain 57 apartments with multiple floor plans and with a typical individual surface of about 120 m². The project is under construction and is scheduled for phased delivery from 2011 to 2014.
