Retail & Office Park Vander Elst, Leuven

The Retail & Office Park Vander Elst in Leuven, 20 km East of Brussels, is Ghelamco Group's second out of three projects in the renovation of the Vaartkom canal area. The premises were acquired in 2009 from a well known cigar manufacturer.

The Retail & Office Park Vander Elst is a mixed office - retail project. Already, 3,350 m² of retail space have been leased prior to construction start, with 1,000 m² still available. In addition, Retail & Office Park Vander Elst consist of 12,126 m² of modular office space and 299 parking bays that will be attractive to the city's major tenants. Construction has started and is scheduled to be completed early in 2013.
