Residentie White House, Knokke

In 2008, Ghelamco Group acquired White House, a building located on Kustlaan, Knokke's main shopping street and in the heart of the Zoute area. We decided to renovate the entire building and are currently constructing an upmarket mixed retail - residential project.

The ground floor consists of 85 m² of high profile retail space with 15 m of shopping windows along the front and left side and 36 m² of basement storage space. It is currently used as a Gucci fashion accessories store. The 105 m² apartments have two bedrooms and bathrooms. They have a terrace both at the front and the back. The top floor consists of a duplex of 141.5 m², with a spacious living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartments are been sold at present. The building was completed in 2010.
