For our new prestigious Investment in Warsaw we are looking for experienced
Structural Engineer (ref. number SE/01)
Responsibilities:
- coordinating the construction works;
- verification of design documentation from designers;
- budgeting scope of works;
- agreement implementation of the projects with designer and coordination between branches
- analysing and implementation of project optimization
- offers collection, their analysis, conducting tenders and negotiations with subcontractors in accordance with internal regulations and guidelines
- cooperation with other branches
- conducting rational raw material policy
- preparation of final report after completion of the project
Requirements:
- technical education (construction)
- 2-3 years related experience (in projecting and on the construction site)
- good English
- knowledge of AutoCad
