For our new prestigious Investment in Warsaw we are looking for experienced
Project Engineer - HVAC (ref. number WS/HV/01)
Responsibilities:
- participation in branch meetings at the designing and construction stage and during the implementation phase
- verification under feasibility phase
- working with commercialization department for new tenants
- occasional on-site visits to verification the work done by subcontractors
- estimating the cost of finishing projects, modifications, repairs, development and preparation of budget assumptions;
- preparing budgets for smaller projects and budget control, including control and acceptance of payment
- preparing and conducting tenders for subcontractors in accordance with internal regulations and guidelines in this area
- guarantee of compliance with the national, provincial and local regulations, laws and codes within their actions
- regular reporting to the supervisor, in accordance with its internal rules
Requirements:
- technical education (environmental engineering preference)
- 2-3 years related experience
- HVAC related certificates will be a plus
- good English
- knowledge of AutoCad
